Healthy lifestyle and its impact on health

There are many factors affecting human health. These can include things like genetics, the environment, medical care, and ultimately lifestyle. Lifestyle encompasses a set of human traits, habits, and behavioral traits. In the last few decades, the development of urbanization and development in the construction and biological functions of humans have made major changes, including changes in dietary habits, consumption patterns, energy consumption, degree and intensity of physical activity, and more. This lifestyle affects the most important part of every person's life - health.

In the past, parasitic and infectious diseases and the inability of humans to treat it were the leading cause of death, but now non-communicable diseases have been the cause of human mortality. Diseases that result from a sedentary lifestyle.

The Benefits of Physical Activity in the Lifestyle

Physical activity and simple exercise such as walking can consume body energy and can help weight loss by increasing the level of basic metabolism. The role of physical activity in reducing body fat and maintaining fitness is much more effective than losing weight, as physical activity and exercise can also increase muscle size and weight, and this will change your lifestyle.

Physical activity affects not only physical health but also mental health and quality of life. Aside from prolonging life expectancy, physical activity has been recognized as a supportive factor in reducing or eliminating anxiety, stress, and depression. Given the negative effects of sedentary and sedentary lifestyles on the prevalence of various diseases and the preventive and therapeutic role of physical activity in this, how to achieve a healthy lifestyle? How can people, especially children, get used to this important task? The answer to this question is very simple. You can achieve a healthy lifestyle by incorporating exercise into your daily routine.

Why do some exercise to change their lifestyle and some refuse to do so?

Health knowledge, one's attitude toward exercise and exercise self-efficacy are factors involved in controlling one's health habits and predicting one's adaptation to any activity. There has been an increase in moderate physical activity in people who are aware of the benefits of exercise, and non-compliance with health behaviors, including exercise, has been observed in smokers more than others. Having a prior involvement in sports, strong self-motivation, support of those around you, having time, access to equipment and facilities, and a person's perception of health are likely to be involved in and continuing to exercise.

According to the aforementioned, the lifestyle and behavior of a person is not only the cause of many health problems but also one of the fundamental solutions.  Although modern science and medicine are the most important means of maintaining health, they alone will not be able to solve problems. Therefore, the World Health Organization proposes changes in behavior and lifestyle as one of the factors contributing to health promotion.

As a result, exercise and physical activity along with a well-balanced diet and no smoking, alcohol, periodic care, and so on are all contributing to disease prevention and to achieving the highest levels of health and socio-economic efficiency. Establishing a lifestyle in the family is done with the knowledge, attitude and practice of the parents, especially the mother. Living healthy lifestyles and behaviors should begin from early childhood in order to reap the benefits and positive effects of adulthood. However, a healthy and changeable lifestyle can be started and you can start today.
