A man marries the girl he loves and his sister marries his friend. Their calm and quiet life is disturbed when the man starts suspecting his wife. He thinks that his friend is having an affair with his wife, and eventually decides to poison them in a locked room. He realizes the truth when he is himself incapacitated.
